Careers

Do the work. Learn the trade.

Chimney work is a real trade: rooftops, brick, camera scans, and homeowners who want straight answers. The network is growing, and growing markets need people.

Who you would work for, plainly: field roles are hired by the independent local company serving that market, which sets pay, schedule and terms. VIO screens applications and passes them to the hiring company, the same way we connect homeowners with pros. Platform roles, when open, are with VIO itself.
